GOLDEN AROMA” operating the https://goldenaroma.ae Website (“Site”), is based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising from this website is governed by UAE law. 


We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED.


Prices and currency displayed at checkout match the Transaction Receipt and card charge currency.

OFAC Compliance

We do not trade with or serve OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Buying Products

When purchasing through our website, you agree to the listed product price. Provide accurate details for order fulfillment. Orders are subject to availability and may be canceled at our discretion.

Billing and Shipping

Ensure accurate billing and shipping details, including VAT if applicable. Incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.


Prices are in Arab Emirate Dirhams. UAE VAT is added at checkout. Duties, taxes, or other charges for international shipments are the shopper’s responsibility.

Shipping Policy

Shipments are managed by third-party agencies. You may need to sign a delivery receipt upon receiving your product. We may be unable to ship to certain countries; please verify with us.

We deliver within UAE cities in 3 – 4 working days, with a Flat Rate delivery fee of AED 10-20, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation of Orders

Customers can cancel orders within 12 hours, with refunds returned to the initial payment method within up to 45 days.

Discounts & Coupons

Promotion codes must be used according to their terms and conditions, with a one-time use limit. They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers. GOLDEN AROMA reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions without notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed to the Original Mode of Payment within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.


GOLDEN AROMA accepts returns for products returned within 10 days, in original packaging, without physical damage. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned product.

Damaged Products

Report damaged products within 24 hours of shipment through email (info@goldenaroma.ae) with proof (photo/video). No returns apply to Aroma oils except for damaged shipments.

Aroma oils/candles/reed diffusers: No warranty. All warranties are back to base. Shipment costs are borne by the customer in all cases.


GOLDEN AROMA values customer privacy. We do not sell or share customer information except as necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping agency). Financial information is not shared with third parties.
